Nuno Marques Ribeiro


Nuno Marques Ribeiro is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bond Advisory, and is a member of the board of directors of WBRC Group. Nuno has over 8 years of experience in the real estate sector and has been an entrepreneur for over 18 years having created his first Company in 2003. Leveraging his experience in such an emerging market as the Portuguese, he has created successful businesses in the Information Technologies sector as well as other business areas such as Facilities Management and Services, Retail and Hospitality. Nuno is the founder of Brand New Life Group – a company with interests in different business areas. Nuno attended FCUL – Lisbon University School in 1998 for a degree in Systems Engineering.

Ricardo Videira


Ricardo Videira is Partner and Co-Founder of BOND, and is a member of the Board of  Directors of WBRC Group. Ricardo is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions and  transaction structuring as well as investor relations. Prior to joining WBRC Group, Ricardo  began his entrepreneurial career as a partner at SF Global Advisors, a single-family office  advising and managing investments across multi family, office and retail sectors.

Gonçalo Lestro


Gonçalo Neves Lestro is a member of the board of directors of WBRC Group. Gonçalo is Lawyer, registered in Portugal, Macau and Timor Leste. Gonçalo has a law degree from Nova School of Law and holds a Post Graduation in Commercial Law from Catholic University of Portugal (Lisbon). He also attended the MLM – Master in Law and Management in Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon and the MBA – Master of Business Administration (Finance Specialization) at USJ – University of Saint Joseph in Macau, where he is Assistant Professor of Global Financial Management. Gonçalo has extensive experience in management as he is the responsible for CRA Law Firm and CRA Timor Law Firm in Macau, and has advised several international clients in cross border transactions in Macau for the past years involving corporate, finance and real estate aspects.

José Rita


José Rita is Bond’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the firm’s Management  Committee. José has management responsibility over the firm’s global finance, treasury and  corporate development functions. Graduated in Management, José started his career in 1997 in the financial department of companies related to information technologies. Before joining BOND José was responsible for the accounting of the holding and sub holdings of a  group in the food retail industry with an annual turnover of over €500m.

Luís Vasconcelos


Luís Vasconcelos is a Board Member and Senior Advisor at BOND. Luís is board member at Fundbox, Venture Capital Society and Imopolis – SGOIC. Before joining BOND, Luís was Head of Portugal at Grupo Axia Ventures, where he was in charge of advisory services of investment banking. Luís attended Warwick University in England where he graduated in Economics Politics and International Studies.

Manuel Ahrens Teixeira


Manuel Ahrens Teixeira is a senior advisor of BOND, and member of the board of directors  of WBRC. Manuel has extensive experience in Real Estate Development with a focus on the  Food Retail market segment. Manuel was a member of the founding team of Pingo Doce,  and was Managing Director of Makro and AKI Portugal. Prior to joining BOND, Manuel was the Managing Director of Doorm Portugal, a company focused on the acquisition and  development of Student Accommodation assets in the Lisbon city center.

Rui Cardoso Lemos


Rui Cardoso de Lemos is a Senior Advisor at BOND. Before joining BOND, Rui was a Senior Consultant at Brand New Life – Real Estate Solutions, where he was in charge of the business development and transaction execution in the residential sector. Rui attended ISES – Évora for a degree in Economics. Rui is also the holder of the public relations course at the International Air Transport Association.

Catarina Vieira


Catarina Vieira is a Research Analyst at BOND, coordinating the Marketing &  Communication strategy as well as the operational management of the firm’s real estate  activities. Before joining BOND, Catarina was a Communication Specialist at Brand New Life  Group. Catarina holds a BSc in Sociology from the FCSH – NOVA University of Lisbon and a Postgraduate in Information Management with a specialization in Marketing Intelligence from the NOVA Information Management School in Lisbon.

Michael Chulkov


Michael Chulkov is an experienced real estate professional since 2008. In 2013, he founded his own brand MICHAEL & JENEVA specializing in property sales and rentals in Portugal. With the introduction of the Golden Visa program based on real estate investments, Michael’s company was among the pioneers in providing support for the visa acquisition process and became a leader in assisting Russian-speaking investors seeking the Golden Visa. Today, Michael primary focus is Investment Consulting, providing comprehensive support for investors in Portugal. This involves addressing complex tasks from A to Z, including investing in building renovations, residential complex construction, commercial real estate investment, and the hotel sector.

Bruno Pereira


Bruno Pereira began his career at Saraiva + Associados as an intern in 2000, joining the team as an architect in 2002. His architectural production is characterized by the programmatic and dimensional variety of his projects in the areas of architecture and urbanism. In 2008, Bruno began coordinating numerous projects as a team leader and, in 2011, he became director and senior partner at Saraiva + Associados. Over the course of his career, Bruno participated in, licensed and supervised more than 80 projects in Portugal and internationally, ranging from housing, offices, hotels, healthcare, and retail.

Mónica Freitas


Mónica Freitas is a senior advisor at BOND. Mónica attended FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in São Paulo and completed a master’s degree in advertising at ESMP in Lisbon. Mónica began her professional career dedicated to Photography and Advertising having founded, by invitation of IADE Lisbon, the Institute’s Department of Photography, which she headed for 30 years alongside her teaching duties with the Escola Superior de Design. Mónica started her career in real estate in 2015. Utilizing her personal and professional network she has been successful acting in areas such as property hunting on behalf of select HNW clients, and property management, both in residential and commercial segments.

António Novo


António Novo is a Senior Advisor at BOND focused on evaluating real estate projects, having been involved in the construction of office buildings for over 20 years. Throughout his career, António has led several office construction and adaptation processes for the headquarters of international national companies, namely: Microsoft, HP, BNP Paribas, Delloite, Refriango Angola, Wayfield, Mylan, Abbot, Janssen Cilag, Daikin, Medinfar, Altran, Turiscar, Truphone, Acustica Médica, Yellow Pages, CT.

Nélio Freitas


Registered architect ARB, RIBA (UK) Nélio was born in Portugal, where he became a qualified  architect in 2000 after graduating in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technical University of Lisbon. Prior to moving to London, he worked at practices in Lisbon and  Barcelona. During his over eight years in London, he also undertook a Master degree at The Bartlett – UCL and had the opportunity of working at prestigious architecture and interior  design studios, including 5 years at Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands where he was involved in a wide range of medium and large high-profile mixed-use schemes which have been built in London.

João Gaspar


João Gaspar is a Senior Advisor at BOND. He completed his degree in Architectural Sciences at Universidade Lusíada in Lisbon (2008), having published several articles regarding Architecture and Political Sciences. Over the last few years, João has been involved in Cultural and Urban projects, having interrupted political activity whose genesis dates back to 2012, when he was one of the youngest persons running for Mayor of a City Council. In 2014, he was invited to represent Portugal in the Good Governance-Decision Making and Transparency Course at the International Academy for Leadership in Gummersback, Germany, where his essay was voted, among his peers, as the winner. In 2021, he was elected President of the Commission for the city of Moita and Campaign Director.  Currently, in addition to his collaboration with Bond Advisory, he is an Independent Municipal Deputy of the Moita Municipal Assembly and Political Advisor to a Councilor of the Moita Municipal Council.
